Responsibilities: - Collection, analysis, and documentation of the business units' requirements for the new procurement automation system; - Conducting interviews with key stakeholders to identify needs and pain points in current procurement processes; - Development and approval of the conceptual model of the solution, functional and non-functional requirements for the system; - Designing the architecture and system design in collaboration with technical experts. specialists (architects, developers); - Preparation of technical specifications, user stories, business process diagrams (AS-IS, TO-BE), and interface prototypes; - Participation in the assessment of labor costs and timelines for functionality implementation, task decomposition for the development team; - Interaction with the business client at all stages of the project, presentation and defense of proposed solutions; - Active participation in the development process - testing, acceptance of functionality, user training; - System support after commissioning - gathering feedback and suggestions for development.
