Project: The team implements AI agents to proactively diagnose marketing indicators, search for non-obvious relationships and generate recommendations aimed at improving marketing efficiency and speed of response to changes in data or failures in processes We are looking for a strong Python developer with a background in ML/AI who will help us create intelligent systems that combine classical ML, Big Data and LLM. We expect: - Excellent knowledge of Python, 3 years of commercial development experience - Experience working with language models (LLMs), understanding their limitations. Knowledge of LangChain (or analogues) and experience in integrating LLM into real business problems - Understanding of mathematical statistics and how different types of machine learning work - Understanding of DevOps and CI/CD principles What to do: - Design and develop AI agents to automate reporting and monitor deviations in business processes - Create deviation search pipelines and integrate them with LLM to generate text outputs and reports - Work with large amounts of data: prepare features, aggregate data and transfer them to models - Optimize, package and deploy agent systems into production - Work closely with business and analysts to translate their pain points into technical AI solutions.
