Expectations from the candidate Experience in the specialty: from 3.5 years. Ability to write basic SQL queries and be willing to demonstrate this in an interview The ability to articulate thoughts clearly in writing and verbally. Knowledge of basic business process modeling notations (BPMN, UML) Experience in preparing functional specifications/technical specifications/system requirements/etc for developers Experience in integration projects (REST, SOAP, Kafka, file-based, etc.) Skills and experience in functional testing of service and database enhancements. Active life position, not afraid to propose and implement changes. Readiness to work that involves constant communication with other teams to achieve a common goal; soft skills are important. It will be a plus if you have experience working in the banking sector or a brokerage/investment company.
