Bell Integrator - Business Analyst, Senior level. Format: office work; city ​​- Moscow. The salary is not specified in the vacancy - it will be discussed during the interview. We are looking for an IT Analyst with experience in the banking sector in the Financial Markets area. As part of the regulatory transformation program, the Bank is implementing import substitution of Markets systems. The project was initiated in connection with the tightening of requirements for credit institutions and the establishment of a deadline for completing import substitution. The goal is to replace current foreign solutions with domestic software that provides a full cycle of banking operations in financial markets. Key requirements: understanding of the banking specifics of Markets and willingness to work under strict regulatory deadlines. Requirements: - higher technical \ mathematical \ math- economic \ economic education; - experience as an IT analyst in the banking sector from 3-4 years, or from 5 years in total (banking experience is required); - practical experience in conducting a survey, collecting, formalizing business requirements, functional specifications or technical specifications for the modification of software; - knowledge of financial market products, including FX/MM products and others – required; - knowledge of the basics of internal/accounting in relation to financial market products – desirable; - Experience in developing test scenarios and participating in acceptance testing; knowledge and understanding of the software life cycle is a must; - knowledge of the basics of interaction with a database is required, knowledge of the specifics of Postgre, MS SQL, Sybase is desirable; - Experience with automation systems for front/back office functions of financial markets is a must; - skill in working with notations for modeling business processes (BPMN, UML, etc.); - Experience in software integration is a plus; - English – reading documentation, ability to conduct business correspondence. Responsibilities: - analysis of business requirements and business processes of the customer, formation of detailed functional and non-functional requirements for automation, coordination of requirements with customers and stakeholders; - designing a process and technological solution, managing the design process to obtain the expected results using the optimal number of modifications - customer requirements and business processes, formation of detailed functional and non-functional requirements for automation, coordination of requirements with customers and stakeholders; - designing a process and technological solution, managing the design process to obtain the expected results using the optimal number of system modifications and changes in business processes; - participation in the development/coordination of architectural solutions affecting Markets systems; - evaluation of the developed solution, preparation of TCO (total cost of the project); - preparation and/or coordination of technical specifications for software development and testing methods; - development of use cases together with the customer; - consulting developers during the development process; - independent / with the participation of the vendor configuration of systems; interaction with other team members in assessing, executing and testing improvements; - organization and conduct of acceptance testing (IFT / UAT), preparation of project documentation; - organizing the implementation of changes into industrial operation; - updating system documentation; system support - system outflow and changes in business processes; - participation in the development/coordination of architectural solutions affecting Markets systems; - evaluation of the developed solution, preparation of TCO (total cost of the project); preparation and/or coordination of technical specifications for software development and testing methods; - development of use cases together with the customer; - consulting developers during the development process; - independent / with the participation of the vendor configuration of systems; - interaction with other team members within...
