Program, belirlenen filtrelere göre yeni reklamları izlemeli, Telegram veya e-posta aracılığıyla bildirimler göndermeli, indirimler dahil fiyatları analiz etmeli ve seçilen bir dönem boyunca eski reklamlar için manuel isteklere izin vermelidir. Gelecekte benzer bir projenin gayrimenkul için de planlanmasıyla birlikte, proje maliyet tahmini içeren teklifler de bekleniyor.
